Section 1. What Evangelization Is
Evangelization is not simply one thing that the Church does. Everything she does should be with a focus on evangelization. Its every activity should be done with evangelization in mind. The Church exists to share the Good News of Jesus Christ—both abroad and right in our own backyard. Evangelization is the very purpose of the Church. Lessons in this section:

Section 2. How the Church Evangelizes
In this section, students will come to understand how the lessons they learned in the previous section can be applied practically in their day-to-day lives. Lessons within this section:

Meet Your Instructor
Kevin Bohli studied Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech and spent a decade developing weapon systems for the Navy. After volunteering at WorkCamp in 1995, he discerned a call to full-time youth ministry. Since 2001, he has served as Executive Director of the Office of Youth, Campus, and Young Adult Ministries for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington. Each year has also taught The Gift of Human Sexuality to thousands of middle school boys and their parents. He holds a master’s degree in theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Kevin credits much of his insight into youth and family ministry to his wife and six children. He is a member of the Youth Apostles and a founding member of the Fellowship for the New Evangelization.
